When should the timing chain be changed on a 2003 HONDA CRV?

Starting in 2003 Honda changed the engine to be driven by a Timing Chain as appossed to a Timing Belt.

All Honda's 98' and older that have a Timing Belt should be replaced every 7 years or 105,000 miles or every 60,000 miles in severe conditions, However with your vehicle having a Timing Chain it never requires replacement other than if you should have a specific problem.
