if this the straight six 3.2 liter (not V6) it has a dual over head cam 4 valves per cylinder.
Pretty much a bullet proof engine, only problem is the head gasket may leak some oil into the coolant
(after many miles, 150k+) because of tight tolerances in the cylinder head
