did you get the timing gears lined up the right way? and if you had the distributor out did you get it back in the right way ? it also could be the fuel filter too.

Not Correctly Timed
I could be something with the fuel system, MAP sensor, O2 Sensors, computer or a couple other things. Nothing too difficult to change if you can figure out what to replace. You should try to get codes pulled from it and see what that says, usually places will let you borrow a code reader or rent one without having to purchase one. I'd do that and maybe take the codes into a shop or dealership and discuss with a mechanic that knows the truck.
