Could I get conformation on a Mazda 6 2.0litre DEIS 2003 TIMING BELT OR CHAIN AND WHEN TO CHANGE?

I need to know wether I am required to change these as part of the cars service at 65,000 miles or are there no specification?
Could I get conformation on a Mazda 6 2.0litre DEIS 2003 TIMING BELT OR CHAIN AND WHEN TO CHANGE?
Hi, 2003 Mazda6 with 2.0L engine likes Mazda6 2.3L and 3.0L has timing CHAIN. Regular engine oil change will help chain and chain guides last a long time. If you have to remove the chain, special tools are needed to align camshafts and crankshaft. You will also see a small chain at the bottom. It is for running oil pump.

The new Mazda 2.0L engine is not a same old 2.0L timing belt engine that was used in US 2002 Mazda 626 and older and other models around the world.

Mazda6 with 2.0L engine option is not available in US and Canada market since 2003 until today. It is available in Europe, Middle east, Asia, along side the Mazda6 with 2.3L engine.

mazda 6 uses 2.3L engine

2.0L is not on mazda 6 models so what are you talking about?

if it a mazda 6 2.3L dont need to change your belt because is chain

and if it a 2.0L that uses belt and need to be replace at 70k miles but that depends on your location, canada and california sugest at 100k while other locations can vary from 50k to 75k miles
