My 98 saturn stalled on a major road this morning. When I tried to start it again it popped. Maybe timing?

I was thinking timing because there is power to the engine it just will not turn over. My timing chain was changed in 5/07.

Maybe it seized up, tow it to a shop and have it checked tomorrow.

yeaah it could be the timing belt. Can you see the valve cam thru the oil cap??
Will it not turn over or not start they are 2 different things.
