i got a xr100 the timing chain is streached pretty bad i didnt see any sorta advance or retard as far as setting it other then the main setting just the tensioner if anyone has done changed one b4 ill take all the tips i can get ... dont feel like bending valves and regrinding heads just yet lol just got it wanna ride it for a while

Get a shop manual for it, follow it, you won't bend the valves if you can read.

If you don't have a factory manual you probably should'nt mess with it. It's not that hard of a procedure but you have to be right on with the chain links and the timing marks.
make sure you line up your timing marks ,use a manual for exact refrence
